兵庫県神戸市 山手のほうにあるパキスタン風のビリヤニなどが食べられるお店。
レビュー時 評価点3.69でエスニック料理100名店。
ランチの価格帯としては1200～1500くらい(税別)。
現地出身のひとが作る本格的な味が楽しめる。
エスニック料理は好きな方だが、インドと周辺の国の味の違いはよくわかっていない。
チキンカレーセットとチキンビリヤニセットを注文した。
どちらも割合スパイス感が強く、辛味シッカリ目だった。
チキンカレーは、トマトなどの酸味、玉ねぎの甘みも感じる＋上からスパイスの手の込んだ味わいだった。
ビリヤニは、柔らかく煮込んだジャガイモやチキンティッカなどがライスの中に埋もれている。
うまい。
ナンも大きくて焼きたて。
食後にはチャイなどのドリンクが付いてくる。
ホットチャイのスパイシーでコクの有ること。
内容としては文句のないしっかりした料理ばかりだった。
店主さんも接客の店員さんも日本語が上手だった。
会計時に尋ねてみると、このお店を営んで25年だとか。それは達者になるわ。
