熟成肉が食べたいということで
こちらでコースをいただきました
店内に入ると、割とホラー系の内装
カウンター席は割と狭く背もたれがないので
ワタシ的には落ち着かない雰囲気でした
さて気を取り直してまずはビール
ビールはマネキンのビー○クから注がれます
グビグビグビと行きたいところですが
割と小さなコップなので控えめに呑みました
やはりビールはデカイジョッキで呑まないと
ビールを呑んだ気がしないので
ワタシ的にはちょっとマイナッスでした
前菜はサーモンのカルパッチョ
ワタシの家にもストックがたくさんあるので
よく食べる料理ではあるのですが
シンプルな味付けながら
おいしくいただけました(´▽｀*)
ハムとアスパラのほうも頂きます
素材自体がうまいので
おいしくいただけましたよ
さてお次にお店の名物の牛かつを食べました
外側が薄く揚げられておりおいしかったですね
続いてカイノミのステーキも食べました
外側を強火で焼いて中はじっくり火入れしたのかな
ローストビーフを作るような感じの出来栄えでした
肉の中では一番うまかったです
さてワインのほうはボトルで注文
ワインリストはなく好みを伝えて注文が求められます
ワインリストを見るのが好きなワタシ的には
相手の土俵に乗せられる感じがして嫌なのですが
本当は好みは濃いワインで芳醇なものですが
ワタシの経験上、好みを伝えると高くなる法則があり
呑みやすいワインをとりあえず伝えることにしましたよ
するといくつか出てきたワインのうち
一番安いワインをチョイス
まあテーブルワインというやつですかね
これが楽しめるかどうかがワタシのポイントなんですが
ワタシの経験上中途半端に高いワインは
コスパが悪い法則があるんですよ
さて呑んでみると(・∀・)？
ん～わりと独特の渋みがありますね
ワタシ的には好みではなかったけれど
中途半端に高いワインを頼んでイマイチだと
ちょっとガッカリなのでベストチョイスでした
気を取り直し、これはイチボのステーキかな
これも柔らかいお肉でした
赤身肉ですが厚切りで中の火入れがうまく
柔らかく仕上がっていました
脂身がほぼないモモ肉みたいな感じかな
そんなテーストでしたね
味のほうは塩をかけたらおいしかったよ
というわけで、デザートを食べてフィニッシュ
お肉のほうは赤身肉ながらヘルシー感あり
おいしくいただけました
前菜はわりと普通な感じでしたが
お肉で腹パンになったので満足しました
お店の雰囲気的には、あまり落ち着いた感じではなく
ビー○クのビールサーバーがあったりと
落ち着いた雰囲気が好きな人には不向きかもね
もう一つ、別の店舗があるようなので
そちらのほうが良かったかもしれません
