My first time in Kobe!! When we arrived at the restaurant we had planned to go to, we found out it was closed, and while we were talking about where to go, a guy who looked like a tout called out to us and we went to this restaurant as a substitute!! It was my first time in Kobe, and I was so excited to finally be able to eat the Kobe beef I had always wanted to eat!! I went with my childhood friend's family, so there were seven of us! We all lined up at the counter and enjoyed the vegetables and meat being grilled right in front of us \(//∇//)\ Of course, we asked for it to be grilled medium rare(^_^) It's delicious to eat as is, and it's also delicious with salt and wasabi! Since we had come all the way there, we even got some sea urchin on top of the meat (＾Ｏ＾) What a luxury!! The garlic rice we had at the end was also so delicious that everyone said they wanted to take it home!! Even though it was a restaurant we found as a substitute, it was so delicious that even though we had hangovers, we drank a lot of red wine! I'm grateful for this wonderful trip.
