I happened to have some business in Kobe and came here for dinner. I had the Kuroge Wagyu beef sirloin and fresh Seafood course. Appetizer Salmon marinated in soy sauce, chicken, onion, and mandarin orange wrapped in Prosciutto. It had a strong flavor and was very delicious. Side dish Scallops and salmon with white wine sauce. The white wine sauce had a very good taste, but personally I wanted a little more sauce lol. Salad Salad with lettuce and other items sprinkled with balsamic vinegar.I didn't take a photo of it because it was normal. Grilled vegetables: onions, turnips, eggplants, pumpkins, and yams. Serve with Himalayan rock salt, seaweed salt, or soy sauce. Meat: Kuroge Wagyu beef sirloin I had it a little rare. The meat is also soft and delicious. Dessert Vanilla ice cream, panna cotta, coffee jelly, orange jelly, shine muscat. Coffee jelly is less sweet and bitter, so we recommend pairing it with panna cotta. Overall review: It was quite delicious. As the dishes were served one after another, there was no time to rest, and I wish I had eaten a little more slowly.
