Yakiniku (Grilled meat)。 A Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop under the Yamanote trunk line in Kitanozaka. This shop is relatively new, but there seem to be a few restaurant nearby. We made a reservation the day before and visited with 6 people. We were seated at a table for 6 people in a semi-private room. The atmosphere inside the store is nice. I ordered 4 servings × Salted beef tongue ×, 4 servings loin, 4 servings × sagari, 4 servings × harami, 4 servings × kamimino, 2 servings × grilled vegetables, and 2 servings × assorted kimchi. The bottled beer is Asahi or Kirin, so make it super dry and toast. The grill is gas, and there is an exhaust duct just above the stove. It's a little hard to bake, but the smoke is hardly noticeable. The tongue was cut into thin slices that would bake quickly. The salt and pepper are just the right amount, so you can clearly see the original taste of the tongue. Juicy, sweet and delicious. The higher the grade of the loin, the higher the top, the more fat it becomes, so recently I have been choosing the normal loin. After all, it is correct, there is little fat and the flavor of the meat is good. Sagari is my favorite part of the body. Sagari is a harami that hangs on the ventral side of the diaphragm. In Kobe, the kakumak on the back of the diaphragm is called harami to distinguish it from sagari. Since both are diaphragms, they are visceral systems and are classified as hormones. I compared Sagari and Harami, but Sagari has a stronger flavor and is better. The upper mino is soft but textured, which also makes a good impression. Overall, the meat is thickly sliced and satisfying. If I had enough stomach to spare, I would have liked to try Ichibo, Misji, Kainomi, and Stone-Grilled Bibimbap, but I was full, so I decided to carry it over to the next time. I couldn't find my favorite tail soup. Also, since it is a semi-private room, you cannot order unless the clerk passes in front of you. I would be grateful if you could install a doorbell on the table. The sauce is sweet, but the meat is highly satisfying.
