四年前にこちらの系列店の韓ごはんnicoyaさんの土日のワンプレートランチ(今はランチはされていません)が非常に美味しくていつかまた行ってみたい…と思っていて、こちらだとnicoyaさんのお料理とサムギョプサルが食べられる！とずっとBMしていました。
夏休み、娘と3泊4日で釜山に行く予定が関空閉鎖の影響で1泊2日に変更…(涙)。娘は「韓国では当然サムギョプサルが食べたい！」と言いましたが、今回初めて釜山に行くのでどうせなら釜山名物を食べたいと思う私は「サムギョプサルなら三宮で食べよう！」と慌ててこちらを予約しました。平日の19:30の予約で行きましたが、ずーっと満席でびっくりしました。
頂いたは黒豚食べ比べコース3000円×2、プレミアムモルツ490円、ジンジャーハイボール470円、あらごし梅酒500円、巨峰マッコリ480円です(全て税別)。
コースはまずキムチ3種、もやしナムル、韓国海苔。チャプチェが美味しい！そしてお店自慢の海鮮チヂミは海老や玉子の風味が豊かで、私が今まで何回かソウルで食べた物よりはるかに美味しかったです♡
韓国並みの装備が天井から取り付けられ、サムギョプサルとモクサルと壺キムチはいい感じの食べごろにお店の方が焼いてくれます。行者ニンニクの葉、5種の野菜に3種の包み野菜、薬味で香ばしいお肉を満喫しました。キンパもあっさりしていて美味しく、デザートにチョイスしたパンナコッタも絶品でした^_^。
常時満席なのでスタッフもお店を行ったり来たり大変そうでしたが、非常ににこやかでフレンドリーにして頂き楽しかったです。チャプチェにチヂミにキンパまで付いたこのコース内容がとても気に入ったのでぜひまた伺いたいです^_^。
