Due to certain circumstances, I visited Mr. Sen. The course I reserved was Dinner Sen Special Course - Kobe Beef Redness & Marbled Tasting Comparison - ¥13,200 We arrived around 18:30 and the restaurant was almost full. The drink is Asahi. It's nice to drink beer out of a chilled glass, as the glass is so cold that it's hard to swallow. The highball is dark. Appetizer: Seared Kobe beef carefully selected from Hirai Farm. Delicious. The moderate texture, flavor of the meat, and onions without the spiciness go well together. The gel-like sauce is also delicious. Side dish Kobe beef Sushi is surprisingly large. Could it have been a little more salty? There is little oil and it is pale. A nostalgic potage soup from Restaurants. A cooling soup with just the right amount of sweetness from the corn. delicious! Salad with homemade dressing It was my first time trying this dressing. Mizuna is a nice accent. Crunchy. Personally, I think it's a little darker! Tofu Steak and today's grilled vegetables Cabbage...Sweet and goes well with beef oil Carrot...Sweet and delicious. I ate zucchini even though I don't like it. It smells like butter. Shiitake mushrooms...they absorbed the most butter. Sauteed is delicious! Main Kobe beef lean & marbled Steak total 150g Muscular and slightly chewy. Because it has a low melting point, the fat melts in your mouth. Concentrated flavor! delicious. I think 150g is the best! White rice and soup are delicious. I don't usually like soup, but the one here was delicious. The scent of yuzu is nice. Today's cake This time it's melon. It's fresh, sweet, and delicious. The head chef was also very friendly and we had a fun meal. It was a feast!
