食感が楽しくて、お酒が進みます。
レア肝スペシャルは
その名の通りレア感がたまりません！盛り付け・味付けと最高でした。
うにくは頼まずにはいられません。薄くレアで焼いた牛肉の上にウニが乗っています。上手くないはずがない。笑
パクっとサイズ感もいい。
美味しく楽しい晩酌になりました。
