『神戸てんぷらバルTENBAR』でランチをいただいてきました。
ラフな雰囲気で一人でも入りやすいお店でした(^^♪
＜場所＞
元町駅からサンセット通りを進み、ジュエリー屋さんのある筋を左折。
コンクリートの大きい建物の２階にお店があります。
店内はゆったりとした空間で、長時間でも快適に過ごせるように感じます。
落ち着いた雰囲気で居心地も良いです。
＜メニュー＞
定番の天ぷらランチを注文しました。
ランチには、ドリンク・お吸物・小鉢・漬物・デザートがつきます。
メインの天ぷらは２回に分けて出してくださいます。
まずは海老・キス・なす・のりを出していただきました。
揚げたてでサックサクの衣が堪りません。薄く軽い衣なので重くないのが印象的です。
天つゆはあっさりした味で、大根おろしが入っているのも最高✨
キスは身がホロホロ、海老はプリップリです。
れんこん・かき揚げ・大葉もサックサクの衣に包まれていました。
天ぷらにすることで野菜の甘さが際立ち最高の味わいです。
好みで岩塩・抹茶塩をつけて食べますが、野菜は塩で食べるのが好きです(^^♪
ランチに付くサイドもすべて美味しく大満足です。
お吸物にはとろろ昆布が入って、体に染み渡る温かい味わいでした。
小鉢のキャベツの和え物は、ごま油が効いた濃い目の味付けでやみつきになります。
食後のデザートはゆずシャーベットでした。締めまで完璧ですね✨
とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
通常メニューも種類豊富で、天ぷらの種類もたくさんありました。
本格的な天ぷらをカジュアルに楽しめるのが魅力のお店です。
