43年間、毎日魚を触り続けている目利き人、松島秀夫さんが選んだ魚がすぐに食べられる神戸北野のお店。
店内は西海岸の港をイメージしたアットホームな雰囲気。
今回はランチタイム限定の海鮮丼５種類からしらすと鯛の丼を注文！
【しらすと鯛の丼 ¥1078 ☆3.3】
メインの海鮮丼に、あら汁と一品が付いたランチ限定丼セット。
海鮮丼はしらすと鯛の切り身、オクラに山芋、卵黄がのっている。
刺身醤油をひと回しかけてから、卵黄を軽く溶いていただいた。
鯛の切り身は歯切れが良く、脂もほどよくのっていて美味しい^_^
しらすもホロッとしたやわらかさで、臭みもなくて食べやすい！
ネバネバ系のオクラと山芋はそこまで粘り気は強くなく、あくまでメインの引き立て役！
卵黄と混ぜて頂くと、少し味変にもなり、ご飯とも絡まってよき！
また、あら汁はごろっと魚が入っており、骨を取るのに少し苦労するが、やわらかく煮込まれた身が残っていて贅沢感がある。
