The menu changes monthly. This time, I thought it would be better if you could take a look at the photos rather than the taste. Of course it's beautiful, but I think the delicate seasoning that is typical of Japanese-style meal is very good. The focaccia that comes first is usually not bread, but you can eat it as much as you like by dipping it with salty olive oil. I'm looking forward to the next menu in April.
