特製濃厚ラーメンに青ネギ玉葱盛をトッピングしました。
ラーメンのスープは魚介の味が効いた魚介豚骨ラーメンです。
クリーミーだったので豚骨ではなく鶏白湯かと思いましたが、豚骨のようです。
魚介が強めですが、魚介の荒っぽさと豚骨のまろやかさのバランスが良いですね。
製麺所を名乗るだけあって、麺がツルツルシコシコと美味しいです。
具は味玉、チャーシュー、カイワレ、白ネギ、玉葱、海苔です。
味玉に醤油が染み込んでいて美味しいですね。
チャーシューは切り落としも入っています。
ここに青ネギ玉葱盛を追加しました。
青ネギと玉葱の2択なのかと思いきや、両方出てきてびっくりです。
それぞれ大さじ2杯ずつくらいの量でした。
玉葱はクリーミーなスープに合いますね。
卓上にはおろしにんにくや辛いタレ、コショウもありました。
決して安くはないお店ですが、さすがのクオリティだと思いましたし、量的にも満足できました。
