営業自粛の際にも、美味しすぎるハンバーガーで驚かせてくれた、エカイユさん(^^)
久々に夜の訪問でした。
ここは、ワインバーですが、食べ物も大変美味しく、個性的な料理の数々です(^^)
先日は、大阪のコアラ食堂さんとのコラボをされてて、オーナーのお顔の広さが伺えます。
この日も、美味しいワインのラインナップで、毎回思うのですが、たいていのソムリエの方にお伝えする内容（赤だと、酸っぱくなく、渋くなく、軽すぎず重たすぎず、夏場に適してる感じ。白だと、酸っぱくなく、樽香がなく、甘くなく、しゃばくない）と、同じ内容をお伝えするのですが、なかなかいい意味で想定外のワインが出てきます(^^)
