腸粉が食べたくて食べたくて
with妻、2年4ヶ月ぶりに訪問。土曜日11:20到着1番目、予約ないけどOKと。11:25入店。12:51退店。
予約しないで開店10分前に突撃したらたまたま2人がけテーブルが1つ空いてて座れましたが、やはり予約がマストな人気店であることを再確認。メニューには白酒がないのでお尋ねしたところ貴州茅台酒や五粮液など高級品をずらりと並べてくれましたが、もっと安いのをお願いしました。飲茶ワゴンのチョイスはオール蒸し点心にしましたが、焼き点心の大根餅が心残り。鶏の足の豆鼓煮込みは骨が多くて可食部が少なく、スペアリブの豆鼓煮込みにすれば良かったかな。これが食べたいがために訪問した腸粉は、相変わらず超絶美味しかったです。以前、これだけを食べに来られてる方がいらっしゃいましたが、それも納得です。

Make a reservation by phone the day before. Arrived at 11:25 on Saturday, left at 12:55. Although there was no advance notice, since it was Lunar New Year, the lunch course was limited to the New Year's menu, which was more expensive than usual.
