Today I went to Kobe for business. Go to METRO RAMEN, Sannomiya-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe City. I had come here for Gyoza / Dumpling and beer the other day, so I chose Ramen that was probably lighter. This place seems to sell duck soup stock, and if you want it, you can simply get "duck soup Ramen" for 950 yen. The soup is quite sweet. It's perfect if you add the anchovy garlic that comes with it. The duck's rare meat had a moderate texture without being addictive. I wanted to walk in preparation for the night, but unfortunately it was raining. We will investigate the underground shopping mall.
