暖簾がかかり、白木のカウンターでもイタリアン
ハナタニにいらした方なら間違いのあろうはずも無いと入店

まずは白菜のスープ、まろやかに温かい
パンがひとかけ、このパンの配分はいささか難しい
さっぱりと蕪のブラッドオレンジビネガーは思ったより酸味が。
メインは大好きな蝦夷鹿のコトレット
軽く揚げ焼きになったお肉はきれいな赤身、トマトのマリネを添えて、柔らかい
パスタは白子とほうれん草、クリーミー
追加のかかる選択をしたのでワインと合わせてちょっといってしまったけど、満足
人気という鶏のフリカッセなんて見るからに弾力の有りそうないい色味の肉から骨を取るところから調理が始まるのです
眺めてて飽きないし、出来上がるまでもとても楽しみました
