久しぶりに三宮にきました。土曜日の12時です。
昼飯はラムの串焼きひつじの一休三宮店へ行った。
三宮は人出が多かったが、いくたロードを西に入った
こちらの先客は１人だけです。後客は３人でした。
まぜそばをオーダーすると今日は用意できないと。
残念、ジンギスカン串を塩とタレ１本ずつと
ばん麺をオーダーしました。アルコールは断念ですが、
お冷やは水か炭酸水が選べるだので炭酸水をチョイス、
何かのソーダ割りのつもりで飲んだ。
しばらくすると先客が頼まれたのか、まぜそばが
提供できるというのでばん麺を止めてませそばを単品、
マーラーはスタンダードに変更しました。
グラスのスパークリングワインを追加した。
炭酸水も美味しいがスパークリングはさらに美味しい。
串焼きが登場、ラム肉は美味しいね。
タレより羊を味わえる塩焼きが美味しい。
２本では物足りなかったがまぜそばが登場しました。
まぜそばは写真を撮る前に手をつけてしまった。
レモンを搾り、辛味スパイスを投入してまぜまぜ。
もちもちした腰のあるい太麺、ナッツや野菜、ニンニク
の食感もよく美味しいが、もう少しスパイス感があった
方が好みです。
卓上の辛味スパイスと花椒を投入して完食しました。
ごちそうさまでした。
