三宮梯子酒で利用
三宮でマトンの専門店があるとの事で、
ジンギスカン大好きな私としては、
いてもたってもいれません。
「ひつじの一休」、ひつじのショーン…？
場所はサンセット通り赤萬東側の路地を北に入り、2個目の路地右折。ひつじの看板あり。
店内はテーブル席、大きめ。
メニューは、羊専門店のアラカルト。
マトン楽しみ〜。裏切られるとも知らず。
注文は
やはり、マトン串でしょ。
塩とタレでオーダー。
タレ焼きはまぁこんなものかなと。普通。
はじめから、スパイスが掛けられ提供…。
スパイスのないタレ焼きの味を知りたかった。
スパイスを少しずつ掛けて味変するのが常。
塩焼きは臭みを強く感じる。
スパイスで臭みとりをしなければ、食せず。
タレも塩焼きも両方臭みを感じる。
減点かな。ガッカリ。
ラムタンの刺し身は提供がないとのこと。
これを楽しみに来たのに。ここでも減点かな。
入荷がないとのこと。
ラム肉専門店で肉の確保が出来ないのは、
致命的では？
代わりにユッケ。
これは火が通り過ぎて少し硬い。
ユッケの生感がほぼない。減点
個人的にこれっと言う一品がない。
串焼きに至っては、食べログであげてはいないが生田ロード沿いの中華料理店「味香苑」のマトン串の方が断然旨い。
食べログで何故これ程の評価があるか疑問。
グループ店の片手間で営業して欲しくない。
個人的に再訪はないであろう。
