Assortment of morning pulled Tamba local chicken sashimi 5 types: chicken fillet, fillet, breast, heart, and liver. This morning chicken platter was absolutely delicious! I really recommend it.The sushi is crunchy and has a great texture. You can tell it's fresh. The chicken fillet and breast were very moist and sweet without any dryness. The amount of salt is also perfect! You can fully enjoy the crunchy texture of Yagen cartilage, yet it is moist and extremely delicious! The breast cheese is fluffy and has a crispy grilled texture that adds to the aroma.Fried chicken is crispy and juicy. Roasted Iberian pork with a sweet and sour flavor.A dish with chewy pork and a fatty taste typical of Iberian pork. The balsamic vinegar is a nice accent and doesn't make it feel boring. The scent of charcoal is also added, giving it a luxurious taste. To be honest, I thought the Awaji roast beef Sushi would be tough at first glance, but it was soft! It's a meat Sushi where you can enjoy the flavor of Awaji beef without any gristle. Dolce didn't say anything in particular, but it said Merry Christmas. I was very impressed by the happy service. I like this kind of considerate restaurant. They also give you sweets when you leave. I was able to enjoy my meal until the end! All-you-can-drink included for 4,000 yen is quite reasonable!
