今日の夕食は、三宮花時計駅から徒歩5分程の『ダル ボスチーノ』さんに伺いました。
このお店は、コロナ全盛期時から、仕事で店前を通る度、気になっていました。
満を持しての入店ですよ。
店内は、以外とこじんまりしていて、キュートで明るい雰囲気ですねぇ。
客層は、30歳台くらいの、若い品のある人達が中心で、皆さん週末のディナーを楽しんでいますよ。
予約客の私達は、奥のテーブル席に案内されました。

タラのパテは、このお店一押しと聞き、オーダーしました。
私達には、ちょっと塩分が強い様に感じました。
マルゲリータは、流石ですねぇ。
生地の旨さが、私達好みです。
ソースとチーズのバランスが、絶妙ですよ。
ペペロンチーノは、桜海老が良い仕事してますよ。
ベビーリーフが、爽やかさを増して、素敵なコンビネーションですねぇ。
全体的に、お味は濃いですが、全て美味しく頂きました。
ドリンクは、ワイン中心です。
各種イタリアンビールや、ウィスキーもおいて頂けると、嬉しいですねぇ。
