This is a restaurant that Steak whole Kobe beef and serves A5-ranked Kobe beef in the best condition and in a variety of ways, including steak, grilled Sushi, and meat sushi. It was super delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و ◆Foie Gras and Truffle Chawanmushi This was so delicious that it was in the top 3 of all the Chawanmushi I've ever eaten (๑´ڡ`๑) The scent of truffles and The richness and flavor of the foie gras was a bit strong for chawanmushi, but I enjoyed it so much that I wanted a second helping. ◆Truffle rice with beef shigure The staff slices the truffle right in front of you, and it's fragrant and has plenty of meat in it, making it gorgeous (◞ꈍ∇ꈍ)◞⋆** It seems like you can take the leftovers home, but it's delicious. It was so delicious that I didn't have any leftover (^^ゞ The meat such as ``Olive Beef Marushin'', ``Tecchan'', ``Kamimino'', and ``Harami'' was definitely delicious. The "Nanko Plum Cold Noodles" was sprinkled with plum flakes, so it had a sweet and sour taste, but it also had a tangy spiciness.The chewy noodles were also my favorite type and were delicious.The dessert "Homemade Noodles" I enjoyed the creamy, mellow texture and slightly bitterness of the Hojicha Pudding.The meat was of course delicious, but the black truffle dish was also quite delicious, so I highly recommend this courseฅ^ω^ฅ Thank you for the meal.
