大好きな焼肉屋さんと出会えましたー✨
以前から気になってたこちらのお店にやっと行けました♪
焼肉道場 てっちゃん さんへ^ - ^
三宮から歩いてすぐのこちらは、二宮のあたりに位置する綺麗な焼肉屋さん。
有名人御用達のお店で、写真を見ると今をときめく最強のチャンピオンも来店されてるんですねぇ。
あぁーー楽しみっ‼️
お箸袋には、予約への感謝の一文が書かれてて嬉しいですね。こういう細かい事に気を遣われてるお店だから人気店なんだろうなーと納得。。
オーダーの注意点としては、ホルモンや切り落としのみのオーダーはNGで、赤身系の単品を頼むルールとなってます✨※（写真参照）
正直、このルールは知らなくて入った人からするとネガティブに捉える方もいるかもしれませんが、絶対に後悔しないしむしろ、感謝したいぐらいの美味しいお肉と出会えるので退店する頃には一切気になりませんでしたね♪

プリッとコリッとした食感で肉厚なセンマイ。
赤いタレと胡麻油塩の2種で楽しめます。
一般的にはコチュジャンダレのような赤いタレにつけるのだろうがここのセンマイ刺はやたらと胡麻油塩が合う‼️
この食感とこの塩っ気でビールで流し込む✨最高( ´∀｀)
・和牛炙りユッケ
甘辛ダレで本当に美味しい。
ほんとに肉々しい味がして濃厚で最高。
トロォ〜っとした食感で口の中いっぱいに広がって本当に序盤での満足度にして贅沢過ぎる✨

さて、厚切りはもちろん分厚いが、普通でも十分な分厚さ❗️
食べ比べした結果、両方美味すぎたが個人的には普通の方が好みでしたね。食べた瞬間にタン独特の甘みの脂で昇天必至の美味さ✨
・焼きすき
これ、普通の焼肉屋さんの数倍の分厚さです。
ここのお店のお肉は漏れなく肉厚です
上質な脂が身体の中。駆け巡ります。。
あー。。
本当に至福のひと時でしたね。
ワインのボトルもリーズナブルなものにしましたが十分に美味しく感じましたし、お肉との相性も◎でしたね✨
お会計は2人で¥12,000程度でしたね
メニュー数も多くたくさん通ってメニュー制覇したいですねぇ。
最後は水原オーナーが玄関までお見送りして頂けました。
イカツそうな雰囲気なのに、優しい笑顔のオーナーで味もですが人も魅力的な素敵なお店でしたー‼️
今年3月にオープンした三宮の『古里庵』という韓国料理屋も同グループとの事でそちらのお店にも行ってみようかと思いまーす♪
