阪急三ノ宮駅 高架下オシャレなお店がずらりと並ぶEKIZOにある
串揚げキッチンだん に行ってきました。
こちらのお店は ミシュラン獲得している北新地「串かつ凡」の姉妹店（？）らしい。
１回目は予約してなくて入店できず今回はガッツリ予約してからのリベンジです。
お店を外から眺めるとすんごい高級そうで一瞬躊躇しちゃいそうだけど
ランチは１２００円からあるみたいなので結構リーズナブルです。
けど、１２００円（串７本）よりも
スペシャルコース１８００円（串１０本）がお店のオススメっぽいので
今回はそちらをオーダーしました。
クラフトビールもおいててその日ごとに違うタップが用意されてるっぽい。
じゃ、ビールお願いしますっ！
串カツのタレは４種類
だし醤油 辛子っぽいやつ ポン酢 岩塩
タレと一緒に、最初に野菜が出てきます。
１本目が揚がってくるまで野菜つまみながら待ちます 。
全部は写真とれなかったんだけど
１本ずつ揚げたてが目の前に運ばれてきます
趣向を凝らした串ばっかりで見た目も楽しい
最後にご飯とデザートが出てきます
デザートは、餅を揚げたものか、カマンベールを揚げたものかシャーベットが選べます。
私はカマンベール揚げたやつ（ブルーベリーソース添え）を頼んだんだけど
ここはさっぱりシャーベットにするべきやったな。
（友達はシャーベットをチョイスしてました）
あと、ご飯とお味噌汁もついてます。
これは最初に持ってきてもらってもいいし最後に出してもらってもいい。
この日のご飯はひつまぶしだったかな？
ご飯はなんと、おかわりもできます。
太っ腹ー！
１８００円のランチなんだけど
２時間弱お店にいたかな。
すごいゆったりした贅沢な時間でした。
ひとりでチャチャッと食べたい人には向いてないかも。
誰かとゆっくり会話を楽しみながら
趣向を凝らした串を頂く。
たいへん美味しゅうございました。
また、絶対に行きたいっ！
