delicious. Each and every dish is well thought out and has an elegant taste that doesn't give you the feeling of being under the Sannomiya railway. Not only does it taste good, but its temperature is also amazing. At a certain store in Kuromon Market, the food is so hot that you can't taste it at all. This restaurant serves food at a temperature that conveys the flavor of the ingredients. Is it the temperature control of the oil or the skill? The price is just out of proportion to the location, so it's not a ``underpass'' price, but with the ingredients and taste, it's acceptable. The store manager also has courteous customer service. If I had to complain, I would say that the female clerk is unfriendly and doesn't understand the meaning of customer business. Is it a lack of part-time workers or a lack of education? That's the only disappointing store.
