まず、人気のタンの森は想像以上にモリモリで
キザミ大葉とすだちポン酢が良い味だしてて、
焼肉との相性は良いのだが、
しかし！、「on the 肉！」では中々消化できないレベル(笑)
ビビンバや冷麺、また白ご飯にもふんだに使用しやっと消化するくらいの量だった！
お肉はというとサシの入った肉も多く、
中でも美味しく感じたのは「幻のカルピ」。
これは下面を15秒ほど焼き、刻みネギを巻き巻きして食べる
肉の旨味に白ネギの香りがプラスされ口の中でジュワ～
ただ焼き加減が少し難しいのと巻き巻き時にネギが落ちる落ちる
後、炙りユッケのお肉は噛みごたえがあり、そこにめちゃくちゃ濃厚な欄王を混ぜて食べると、まぁー米が進むこと！
後は可もなく不可もなくってところ...。
■雰囲気、客層、接客⬇
店内はやや狭めで、カウンターが少々とテーブルが数席あって、常に店員さんが声を出してとても活気のある雰囲気
客層は当日はやや若めな女子同士や男女カップルが多かったな★
店内もインフルエンサーの方であろうサインが結構多く、若者にバズる印象をもった！
なので若者が多いのだろう
大人数よりは2～4名で行く方が調度良いような雰囲気だった
接客は活気ある元気な感じで
ただ、メインで接客や配膳してきた子が新人で結構ミスしてたけど…
それは全然良いけどその後の対応はちょっとイマイチ感は感じたかな
