大きな豚の3枚ばら肉・キムチ・ニンニクを専用の鉄板で焼きます。
スタッフさんがこんがりといい色に
焼いて、切り分けてくださいます。
チシャ菜・(ゴマの葉ではなく)大葉・白ねぎのゴマ油和え・味噌・タレが提供されます。
チシャ菜の上に大葉を置いて、豚肉をタレに付けて、味噌を付けて、白ねぎ・焼いたキムチ・ニンニクをのせてクルッと巻いてパクリッ♪
お野菜もお肉もバランス良く食べられます✨
《ピビン麺 ￥980》
ゆで卵・きゅうりの細切り・キムチが乗っていて、ゴマと刻み葱がかかってます。
もっちりした白い麺に程よく辛いタレが絡みます。
個人的にピビン麺はグレーの細い冷麺の物が好みだけど、これはこれであり✨
