1930年創業。
2021年11月1日にそごう神戸店（現阪急神戸店）から移転OPEN。
テーブル席と､奥に2つのカウンター席。
テーブル席でいただく天丼やランチ膳､奥のカウンター席で目の前で揚げていただくコース料理。

奥のカウンター席からは､厳選された食材が綺麗に並んでいるのが見える。
スタッフさんが布のエプロンを首の後ろで結んでくれるサービスも。
コースはシャリッとした海老の頭からスタート。
塩やカレー塩､レモン､天つゆと大根おろしを好みで付けて。
特に中に海老のすり身の入った椎茸､プリッとした牡蠣が好み❤️
〆は天茶をチョイス。
小海老のかき揚げがどーんと鎮座していたけど､さらさらっとお腹におさまりました。
わさびを少しずつ足していくと風味の変化を楽しめます。
