神戸三宮で美味しい神戸牛が頂けるお店です
少し奥まった路地にあるお店なのですが、店の前で薪が燃えていました
1階でウエルカムドリンクを頂いてから2階の席に案内されます
不思議なシステムです
今回はコースだったので前菜から始まって次々に料理が運ばれてきます
意外に量も多いのですが、面白い演出もありました
サラダは「狐火サラダ」という名称らしく面白いです
フランべしますと、ソースに火をつけて燃やしていました
燃えているサラダは初めて見ました
フランベは香りや美味しさを閉じるという意味合いがあると思うのですが、サラダの場合は
香り付けのためなのかもしれません
そして、メインの神戸牛は厚切りです
赤身の熟成肉を味わうために、この厚さはとてもありがたい
食べ応えと、お肉食べてる実感が持てます
お店の雰囲気は抜群に良いと思います
お酒も至ってリーズナブルな設定になっているので、お肉にお金をかけてもそこそこのお値段で納まります
カジュアルでもビジネスでも十二分に使えるお店だと思います
