国際会館の南側の筋を東へ、新生田川のすぐ手前にある中華屋さん。大阪の長堀橋に本店があり、三宮にもセンタープラザ西館に出店していたのだけど、こちらの場所に移転オープンした。
今回は2名で訪れ、麻婆豆腐定食と鶏肉とピーナツ四川風炒め定食を注文してシェアして食べた。麻婆豆腐定食は土鍋に入ったアツアツの麻婆豆腐と、唐揚げや春巻きなどの小鉢が付いて880円。
白ご飯やスープが付いてこの値段なので、かなりお得感がある。麻婆豆腐の辛さは普通でお願いすると、やや辛口だった。でも味にコクや深みが足りず、辛さだけが印象に残る味だった。
以前のセンタープラザのお店は四川省出身の特級厨師がシェフだったのだけど、こちらのお店は違うシェフのようだ。センタープラザでの四川料理はドンピシャの味だったので、少し残念だ。
鶏肉とピーナツ四川風炒めは、最初は甘く感じるのだけど後口でピリピリ来る。この料理は三宮のタイ料理「バーンタイ」のカシューナッツ炒めに似ているけど、唐辛子のパンチにやや欠ける感じ。
それにしても、この内容でこの値段は満足度が高い。でも、三宮から歩いて行ける場所ではないのがつらい。料理の会計は合計1740円だったけど、山手幹線から往復のタクシー代は2400円だった。
