Enjoy ``authentic Szechuan Cuisine cuisine'' prepared by ``special chefs'' invited from the home of Sichuan. |
This is a restaurant that caught my attention when I recently went to the nearby "[a:28057233, Pasta e Vino Dogali]" and "[a:28064741, MEN SONAN]" for lunch. This time I searched the internet and checked the restaurant information, and it turned out to be a Chinese restaurant with a basic focus on Szechuan Cuisine, and a wide range of menus, including some Dim sum sum. So this time, I made a reservation for dinner through Tabelog Online Reservations. I made a reservation at 6pm on the same day...The menu that I was interested in based on Tabelog information was... ``A very satisfying course with 12 dishes including mapo tofu, Gyoza / Dumpling, and Xiaolongbao''... 2,000 yen Check the contents... 1. Drooling chicken 2. Hoshiyuba Chinese salad 3. Mapo tofu 4. Shrimp mayo 5. Sweet and sour pork 6. Stir-fried bean sprouts 7. Deep-fried chicken 8. Grilled Gyoza / Dumpling 9. Spring rolls 10 Xiaolongbao 11. Fried rice 12. Sesame dumplings All this food costs 2,000 yen...a price that even a major Chinese chain restaurant would be surprised at! ! I looked at the comments from people who ate this course at Levia, and there were a lot of positive reviews! I entered the restaurant with high expectations... I have visited China several times every year for the past 40 years and have eaten a variety of dishes. Of course, I've eaten authentic Sichuan cuisine many times... I wonder if it's easy to eat since it seems like it's adapted for Japanese people. This time, I visited on time with a reservation for 6 pm, and there were no other customers. First, I ordered a drink and shared a bottle of beer with my wife... How does the restaurant choose the spiciness of the course? Since this was my first visit, I asked for the normal price. The food here was served smoothly... Drooling Chicken...The spiciness was just right for us, the balance between the cucumber and the steamed chicken was good, it went well with beer, and the volume was good. Hoshiyuba Chinese-style salad... A salad with a gentle taste, noodle-like star tofu... Mapo tofu... Served in a piping hot earthenware pot, with a nice peppery flavor, it was piping hot until the end. Ta. Shrimp mayonnaise: crispy on the surface, piping hot, 4 shrimp, enough volume for 2 people Fried chicken: served with pepper and salt, the seasoning is nice and piping hot Spring rolls: crispy and fried Fried dumplings with poppy skin... Fried Gyoza / Dumpling... crisp on the grilled side, juicy and delicious inside. Sweet and sour pork... vegetables that have been soaked in oil are also included and have a nice gentle sourness. Stir-fried bean sprouts...The garlic flavor is nice, and it's a good way to rest your chopsticks. Xiaolongbao... There's a lot of soup inside, so be careful not to burn yourself. Fried rice... The whole thing has a strong flavor, so it seems like the salty flavor of fried rice has been seasoned a little milder. For dessert, you can choose either Ice cream or sesame dumplings. It was a very satisfying dinner with a cup of flower tea at the end. We also added Dragon Highball on the way... This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again.
