「あきの屋」さんを後にし、友人と向かったのはｺﾁﾗ。
『ikor』(ｲｺﾛ)さん。
友人が1度伺って気にいったとのことで連れてきてもらいました♬
とても素敵な雰囲気のお店。
大きめのコの字カウンターとテーブル席があり、
デートにも最適そうな空間です。
今回の注文はこんな感じ↓
＊炙りカツオ 西区産オクラと加賀太キュウリの食べるソース
＊広島備後産イノシシのラビオリ 5種キノコのソース
＊広島備後産イノシシ肩ロース炭火焼き
・泡やワイン
戻りカツオは素材も良く、カツオ自体がめちゃ美味しい。
ただこの食べるソースと冠するオクラとキュウリのソースがまた良い！
カツオとのバランスも良く、たっぷりめに乗せてもOK♬
かなり素敵な一皿でした。
そしてラビオリ。
ここまで具材が肉厚なラビオリは初めてかも！
イノシシの具材と大きめに包まれたラビオリの存在感・・・
そしてそれに負けない濃厚なキノコのソースの旨味がたまらん逸品でした。
そしてメインでいただいた猪。
こちらも写真見ていただくと美味しさが伝わるかと思いますが、素晴らしい火入れと肉の旨味。
炭焼きの良さが際立つヤバ美味な猪肉をいただきました。
本当に素晴らしいお店。
イケメンシェフが手掛ける素晴らしいイタリアンがいただけます。
使い勝手も良さそうだし、
これからかなりの人気店になりそうな気がするお店。

久しぶりの「ikor」さん。
「おかざき食堂」さんにお邪魔した後、
2軒目として友人が予約してくれてました♪
今回はサクッと利用だったので注文は
・前菜盛り合わせ
・ラビオリ［撮り忘れ］
・泡
やはりこちらのお料理のクオリティは流石です。
前菜一品一品に手抜き無しでとても美味しいし、
前回もいただいたイコロさんのラビオリは絶品☆
今回も素敵な夜に華を添える美味しいお料理で締めくくれて最高でした。
次回こそは1軒目としてちゃんと伺いたいお店です。
