A new business, ``Plateau de Koube,'' opened in May 2022 by Mr. Yasunari Kakei, former owner of ``Solomina,'' which recently celebrated its 15th anniversary, and owner of ``Grandami.'' After opening, it was a delicatessen and lunch bar for a while, but it finally calmed down and they were able to serve dinner, so I visited. On the day of the trip, head north on Kitanozaka and turn left at the Lawson intersection. It is located across the street from ``Rose Garden,'' an early work by Tadao Ando, where I worked part-time a long time ago. (The current sad state of the rose garden) Looks a little flashy! Go inside the store! First of all, there is a delicatessen and Standing bar area in front! A wine cellar in between! In the back, there is a cooking area and 6 counter seats. From here, the veteran chef's full-fledged French cuisine course begins! By the way, there is a service where each person is provided with a truffle and can slice it themselves using a grater and enjoy it with their meal. Below are the contents and ingredients of the dish.・Wagyu beef tartare de bouffe caviar truffle ・Awaji chicken Ballontine porcini ・Angel shrimp Hokkaido scallop mille-feuille Herb melange ・Amadai Hokkaido sea urchin Turnip ・Awaji Ebisu sticky pork spare ribs (grass-fed beef tenderloin on selection) ・Mango tart homemade Vanilla ice cream The best course to enjoy fish and meat!
