Two people who love tan came to this restaurant to celebrate their graduation from graduate school and passing the qualification exam. First up was the salad. Bagna Cauda is beautiful in color and delicious! This seems to be something we can expect from tongue dishes as well... I guess the staff is also paying close attention to this, and if I think about ordering more, they notice right away and come over to ask. You can enjoy so many different flavors of tongue if you cook it in different ways! Everything is delicious! I especially liked the premium tan rare Steak. It's soft and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the tongue spreads in your mouth. There are many types of wine, and I feel like I was able to enjoy the food even more. Although it's not on the menu, there are desserts as well, and the staff recommended them to me. I ordered a white chocolate cake and a chiffon cake for White Day, and the white chocolate was not too sweet, and the creaminess and bitterness of the cocoa powder were just right, so it was delicious! There aren't many restaurants where desserts are this delicious. As mentioned in many other reviews such as Google Maps, the staff were very pleasant and I was able to have a good conversation with them, so I was able to enjoy the food and drinks comfortably. In order to enjoy a dining space, I believe that the customer service is just as important as the food, so I'm glad I came to this restaurant. I will go again. Thank you for the meal!
