こちらの事は南京町の焼肉酒場叶さんへ伺った時にお店のカウンターのこちらのショップカードが置かれていてオーナーさんからご友人のお店と紹介頂きました。→またチャンスが有れば伺いたいと思っていました。
この日は神戸祭でＪＲ三宮駅のイベントに友人と４人で伺う予定だったのでランチを先に予約する事にしました。
そこで紹介いただいたこちらの食べログサイトをチェック・・・
５件のレビ登録が・・☆５．０、３．８、４．０、４．０、初投稿の方は外観画像５枚のみでレビなし。
内容チェックすると夜のレビのみ、結構いい内容で、今回こちらをネット予約させて頂きました。
午後１２時の予約でお店へ・・・
お店はあの焼肉の有名店「炭焼肉 石田屋。 Hanare」「神戸牛焼肉 石田屋。Hanareの上」ステーキの名店「コクブ （KOKUBU）」等の入っているビル・・・コクブ （KOKUBU）さんの隣！
この場所かなり以前に時々伺っていたスナックのあった場所？？→何処か懐かしい！
午後１２時頃お店へ到着・・・エレベーターで２階へ
早速店内へ・・・
先客の方が１組２名いらっしゃいました。

今回のオーダー
先ずはドリンクを、生ビールを頂きました。
私は豚盛りを旨辛たれで、ご飯は先ずＴＫＧでお願いしました。
先ず1人鍋が運ばれてくる、カセットコンロで温めて・・・
ランチのセットが各自運ばれてくる。
肉は１２０Ｇ（豚バラとロースが半々盛り）、野菜も豆腐、舞茸、クレソン、葱、大根、人参の盛合わせ、小鉢はヒジキの炊き合わせ、ＴＫＧはご飯に昆布の自家製佃煮にゴマ、葱、中央に卵黄が・・・別に醤油が・・混ぜて頂く。
家内はご飯のかわりに麺を選択・・・
沸騰した出汁に先ずは豚バラを、いい出汁が出て美味しい、肉質も結構いい、今回は旨辛だれで頂きました、辛さはそれほどでも・・・私的感想！
ＴＫＧの昆布の旨みとたまご+醤油、これ美味しい、家内とシェアして頂く、家内も美味しいと・・・
お肉のバラを食べて所で野菜を入れて頂く、旨みの出てお出汁で煮ていただく→出きればポン酢が欲しい気分！
ご飯のお代わりをお願いしました、キーマカレーを、結構スパイシーで美味しいキーマでした。
家内のラーメンも少し頂く、お出汁が美味しかったです。

辛さ調整の激辛ラー油あります。
ちょい飲みセット１５００円→千べろセット１０００円に名称変更して登場！
気軽に千べろセットを頂き冷やし坦々つけ麺を頂くもＯＫです。
また伺いたいお店です。
