一度「焼きしゃぶ」を経験してみたいと思い、お邪魔しました。
目の前できれいな神戸牛をバーナーでていねいに表と裏を焼いたあと、野菜と一緒に煮込んで、ポン酢でいただきました。たれをとろろ梅とどちらにするか聞かれたので、いつものポン酢をお願いしました。勇気を出してとろろ梅にすればよかったかも。
野菜は、玉ねぎ、にんじん、マイタケ、白ネギといつもいただくしゃぶしゃぶとは違いましたが、美味しかったです。
初めは日本酒（手取川）を頼みましたが、いいお肉には赤ワインということでグラスワインをいただきました。やはり、赤ワインが料理に合いました。
最後に、おにぎりかラーメンということで、自分はラーメンで、連れがおにぎりをいただきました。
ラーメンはスープがとても美味しかったですが、量が少し物足りなかったかな、という感じでした。
また行きたいと思います。
