ついついライスをお代わりしてしまった・・・
12/24、こちらのInstagramを見ていて、内装等良い雰囲気さが感じられたので訪問してみた。
到着すると店舗外観からして見るからに美味いお肉を食べさせてくれるに違いないという雰囲気を漂わせているのよね。
開店が18時で、ほぼ同時刻に入店。
12/20新規オープンしたばかり、オーナーさん筆頭に店員の皆さん気合いが入っていて接客も丁寧で気持ちいい。
思っていた通りのちょっとレトロ感も感じる内装の雰囲気も良いですね！
メニューを眺めると、肉の味付けは塩、旨辛、味噌、醤油、青唐醤油から選べる。

特にカルビが見た目よりも脂っこくなくて何枚でも食べられそうな位で美味しい。
ホルモンも下処理をきっちりされているのだろうか、所謂臭みも無くて非常に美味しくて、ついついライスをお代わりしてしまった・・・
わんぱくかよ。
接客も良いし、お肉も美味しいし、ドリンク類のメガサイズが豊富なのは嬉しいからこれはリピートしなければ！
特製黒冷麺も美味そう。

12/16、1件目でほぼ仕上がっていたけれど、もうちょい飲みたくて密かにお気に入りのこちらのお店へ。
相変わらず盛況だ。

プレミアムモルツ(生メガ)、ドリンクのメニュー表には記載が無いけれど、お店の方に頼むと通常の生中の2倍料金にて提供可。
名物浅漬けキムチ、今迄に何度か食べているがこれは本当に絶品！
初めて食べた時、正直ハマらなかったけれどじわじわとハマりだしてきた味で、おそらくカニとかの甲殻類のエキスが混ぜられていると思う若干甘めの味付けのタレとサクッサクッとした食感の白菜と絡んで非常に美味しい。
カルビ、個人的にはロースよりもやっぱりカルビの脂が好きだ。
で、美味しいタレが残ったのでライス追加でラストスパート！
