同店のコンセプトは現代に甦る昔ながらの街の焼肉屋さんでどこか懐かしい空間で私達がこだわり続けるTHE焼肉スタイルをリーズナブルな価格でご提供され、
関西では数少ない、東京下町スタイルのタレ焼肉が楽しめます。
奥行きのある店内は1階、2階にそれぞれ意匠の異なるインテリアで構成した
ノスタルジックな大衆空間。 1階はカウンターメインで、2階は団体利用も可能なテーブル席となりいずれも懐かしのアットホーム空間です。

ナムル盛りは小松菜ナムル、大豆もやしナムル、ニラナムル、ナスナムル、大根ナムルの5種盛り合わせ全て店内で手作りで、素材感を活かしつつお肉やお酒に合う味付けにされたそうで、ついつい箸が止まらない名脇役。
刺し盛りは低温調理のガツ、コブクロ、タンの3種盛り合わせ。
刻みネギ、春菊と合わせて、半生感覚ではまるでサラダのよう。
赤肉盛はサガリ、カルビ、ロースの赤肉3種盛り。
やや濃いめのもみダレと酸味の効いたつけダレの絶妙な調和を楽しめ、
タレは少し酸味のあるさっぱり醤油だれと、レモンダレが提供されます。
タン盛りはジューシーな牛たんと歯応えが楽しめる豚たんの ハーフ&ハーフ。
オリジナルの塩だれに絡んだたんと、添えられたニンニクスライスもよきアクセント。
甘辛いタレに漬け込まれたホルモン盛りはクセや臭みが無く、さまざまな食感を楽しめます。
名物浅漬けキムチはオリジナルのキムチ餡で、オーダーを受けてから作り上げられる、みずみずしい白菜の食感と甘辛い味付けは一度食べたらトリコになること間違いなし！
名物の特製黒冷麺は辛みとコクのあるスープにそば粉の配合された、特製の手打ち麺。一般的な冷麺とはひと味違う弾力と
