浅漬けキムチ
このキムチ本当に美味しくて感動しました。
野菜のシャキシャキ感を残した水々しいキムチ。
新鮮な野菜の味わいを残しながらコチュジャンのコクとフルーツをたくさん使用した甘み、魚介の風合いが絶妙に混ざり合ったツケダレが最高に美味しいキムチ！
本当に美味しくてまずこれは絶対に食べてほしい！
持ち帰りたいレベルで美味しかったです
ナムル盛り、かめちゃんサラダ
大根なます、もやし、こまつな、ほうれん草、ナスのナムル。
なますはさっぱり、ナムルは全体的にやや味が濃いめ。
かめちゃんサラダはチョレギ風サラダでごま油の風味が豊か。野菜のフレッシュさを味わえるサラダで、シャキシャキな新鮮野菜がたまらない
焼肉屋さんでこれだけ満足に野菜が食べられるのは野菜大好きな私としてはかなりポイント高いです♥️
刺し盛り
タン、ガツ、コブクロの刺し盛り。
こちらも華やかに葉野菜が添えられています
いわゆる刺しというよりは、茹で感があるので、生肉苦手な人は食べやすい。
個人的にコブクロが好きなので、コブクロのクリクリ食感がたまりませんでした少し酸味のあるソースが合わさって食べやすかったです！
タン盛り
牛タンと豚タンの2種
牛タンは薄切りで大きい✨✨タンらしい食感が嬉しい☺️
豚タンは少しクセがあるので好き嫌い分かれるかもしれないです
つけダレに酸味のあるレモンだれと醤油だれが出されますが、基本した味しっかり系なのでつけなくても食べられます♀️
赤肉盛り
サガリ、カルビ、ロースの3種。
全体的にタレがしっかりついてます。フルーティで甘みのあるタレ。
カルビは柔らかくくどくないので食べやすかったです！
ロースにもした味しっかりついてて、個人的にはもう少し赤身肉の味を味わいたかったかも？
タレ焼肉好きにはベストだと思います
ホルモン盛り
ギアラ、テッチャン、フワ（牛の肺）の3種
ギアラは脂が濃厚でテッチャンはテッチャンらしい味わいで濃い目のタレが合います。フワはややあっさり目で食べやすくて美味しいです。
ホルモンもタレがかなりしっかり目。これぞタレ焼肉といった感じで好きな人にはたまりません
冷麺
これまたお店のオススメ！
どんぐり粉が入って少し黒い本格的な平壌冷麺✨✨
麺の弾力がすごく、むっちりもちもち、コシがたまらない。
混ぜずに食べてみると優しいコクのある出汁の味が。
混ぜて食べるとピリッとした辛さの中にもコクがあってとても美味しかったです。松の実が良いアクセントになっています✨✨
冷麺のレベルが高く、冷麺好きには食べてもらいたい一品
タレ焼肉なので全体的に味がしっかりです！
東京の超人気店の「炭焼きホルモンぐう」で修行された店長さんが手がけられる焼肉屋さん。
