どれも美味しいけど牛ハラミ柔らかくてシャリアピンとの組み合わせがめっちゃ美味しいのでおすすめ
◇前菜盛り合わせ
・アンチョビポテトサラダ
生ハムとレーズンがトッピングされたアンチョビポテトサラダ美味しい
・鶏レバーのパテ
なめらかなレバーペーストが全粒粉クラッカーとよく合う⭕️
・ピクルス
うずら玉子が入った珍しいピクルス
◇白身魚のソテー
鯛の皮目はパリッと身はしっとりふんわりしてレモンバターが香り良くさっぱりして美味しい
◇ムール貝のファルシー
可愛らしいムール貝にパセリ&ガーリックとバターがバケットとも相性抜群♬
塩ドライトマトも甘塩っぽくてワインが進む
◇牛フィレのフレンチお好み焼き
気になったので注文してみたけどお好み焼き自体はとろんとした食感、フルーティーで濃厚なソース、チーズ、しっとり柔らかな牛フィレ肉、新しい感じで美味しい
絶対食べてほしいのが
◇揚げピッツァのマルゲリータ
生地の周りはサックサクで軽くて濃厚なトマトソースがめっちゃ美味しいし安くてコスパ良すぎ
