The owner-chef, who has been working at a popular Italian Cuisine in Ashiya for many years, opened [Kahachi] in Sannomiya with the desire to create a Fried Skewers restaurant using Italian ingredients. Ingredients include gnocchi and ravioli, as well as homemade tomato sauce, bolognese and basil sauce. We offer new types of Fried Skewers that have never been seen before, such as using raw Prosciutto, pancetta, and roast beef. Deep-fried in rice oil, it has a light, easy-to-eat flavor.
