食通愉快な仲間４人で超厚切タンを堪能！

2024年初訪問・・・
こちら兵庫のブランド牛「志方牛」を扱うこちら焼肉ミート牛男さんへ、お店の名物タンを喰らいに事前予約で伺いました。
今回4人共食べたかったこちら一押しの「ジューシーで驚くほど柔らかい10㎝！　極厚タン」を予約時に事前オーダーして確保して頂きました。
先ずドリンクを・・・特大生ビールと一人は能勢烏龍で乾杯！！
スピードメニュー
やみつきキャベツ+ナムル盛合わせ+キムチをお願いしました。
極厚タンが登場・・・カット前で約１３ｃｍと圧巻・・・見た目に柔らかそうです。
お店の方が8枚カットで隠し包丁を入れて提供頂ました。
焼肉プレートを十分温めてから牛脂を塗って中火にして焼く、片面が焼けてから返す、表面に火が入りカリっと感が・・ハサミでカットして中がレアな状況で頂ました。
レモン+わさびでシンプルに、とても柔らかいタンで旨みがあり全員過去食べたタンの中でも上位ランクですね。→是非召し上がってほしいです。
次に１台目に肉ホルモンバケツが運ばれてくる。
コリコリ、シマチョウ、ミノ、センマイ、ロース、カルビ、ハラミの盛合わせ・・先ずはホルモン系から焼く、鮮度のいいホルモン、黒毛のホルモンは旨し、肉もいいがホルモンの鮮度にいいのは旨しです。
次に２台目の肉ホルモンバケツが運ばれてくる。
コリコリ、シマチョウ、ミノ、タンカルビ、モモ、カルビ、等が盛こまれていました。
今回は大蒜を少し控えめでお願いしました。
お肉もホルモンも鮮度抜群で一切臭みもなくて食べやすい・・
この肉ホルモンバケツ最高！！！
美味しい国産黒毛和牛がこの価格で・・・4人共大満足のディナーでした。

今回は３人ネット予約で伺いました。

何末年始の一番下の８歳の孫が家に合宿に、２日目のランチは彼の希望で「魚べい　三宮雲井通店」へ・・
夕食は何が食べたいと聞くと焼肉・・・コリコリ、ミノ、ツラミ、タンが食べたいと・・・大人の酒飲みメニューが希望・・・
そこでこちらのホルモンバケツの事を思い出しネット予約を・・・
１７時１５分の予約で伺いました。
2023年最終営業日、流石に予約で満席・・今回は17時１５分～19時の1時間４５分の滞在時間内でお願いしますとお店の方に・・
午後5時15分オンタイムにお店へ・・
今回ハカウンター横の４人掛けのテーブル席を準備頂てました。
先ずドリンクをオーダー
孫はコーラ、我々は生ビールを・・・
孫も好きな生キャベツ（やみつきキャベツ）とネギ塩タンをお願いしました。
ネギ塩タンが運ばれてくる、かなりの大判でタン中の部分たっぷりネギトッピング・・・片面を炙る感じで少しレア感が残る位で焼きレモンをかけて頂く、最初にかかっているタレの味わいとレモンで十分な塩味感で美味しく頂ました。
次に肉ホルモンバケツ登場・・・・入荷状況によって内容が多少違うそうです、この日のラインナップはシマチョウ、ハツ、ミノ、タンカルビ、ロース、カルビ、ハラミ、ウルテが入っていました。
今回はお店クーポン利用で・・・・・！
内容超お値打ち内容、バケツの中にズッキーニが入っていました。
孫の好きな白ホルモン系を焼いて頂く、ミノ、ウルテ、シマショウと・・・孫の好きなコリコリはこの日は入荷なしで・・・
ドリンクを追加で生ビールとボトル烏龍茶を頂ました。
お肉の美味しく、柔らかで、3人で十分な量がありました。
孫「また来よう根！」→気に入ったみたいです。
美味しいお肉をお腹いっぱい頂大満足でお店を後に・・・・

こちらお店が変わっている事をお店の前を通りチェック、またチャンスが有ればと思っていました。
過去電話、メッセージ等で3度トライするもタニミングが合わず・・・伺えたなかったお店の１軒でした。

ナムル盛り合せ・・・・・野菜補給に・・・内容いいね、ボリューム満点・・・・人参、豆もやし、ほうれん草、ぜんまいの４種もり・・・・胡麻たぷりでここの味付けがいいです。→お勧めの１品です。
最近脂のきついお肉はちょっとＮＧなんで本日の赤身盛をお任せでお願いしました。
ロースターに火が入いる、牛脂でロースターの鉄板に脂を挽く・・・・
お肉４種・・・先ず薄切りのツラミから焼く、少し火を弱めにして焦げない様に、表面と焼く、中はレアで、隠し包丁が入っていて筋切が出来ていて食べやすい、スダチをかけて頂きました、あっさりで美味しい。
厚切３種は常温に戻った状態で焼きを入れる・・・中火～弱火で表面を焼く、中がレアな状況で鉄板のサイドに「移動して追い火入する、赤身肉は焼き過ぎに注意、せっかくの赤身の上肉を台無しにするから・・・中がレアで旨みがドリップで出てしまわない様に火入して頂きました。
わさび+醤油で・・・・こちらのわさび（山わさびが結構ブレンド）お肉の脂に負けない辛味が・・・刺しの適度の入った部位で柔らかで美味しく頂ました。
