Well, I had a terrible experience... As I was walking, I discovered a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that I had never seen before, and out of curiosity, I entered it (it was also in the Plaza the other day).It was a beautiful, spacious restaurant on the 5th floor of a building. However, at 12:30, there were no customers in front of me, so I ordered a sweet and sour pork set, probably because it was a new restaurant, and there was a lot of yelling from the kitchen, as if there was some kind of fight going on...well, that's how people on the mainland are, but there was only one customer, an old man. I can't seem to get out...I have a bad feeling...I want to go home. After waiting for a while, the sweet and sour pork set arrived. I managed to get the soup and salad, but the sweet and sour pork...the vegetables didn't taste like bean paste...I managed to eat it with the bean paste, but the pork was so fried that it was crunchy around the meat and crunchy when I bit into it! ! And it smelled burnt...I thought about going home without eating, but I managed to finish it anyway. I think there was probably something going on, like the vegetables were probably cooked in lentils instead of stir-fried and mixed into the ready-made bean paste, but I don't know about that. It's no good if you take money for that.
