キャベツやズッキーニ、にんじんにセロリに玉ねぎ、じゃがいも、グリンピースなどかなり具沢山。
味に奥行きがあり、コク深く、ほのかな酸味と優しい味付けが最高。オリーブオイルの香りがかなり豊かにします
人工的なトマト感を感じさせない素材のシンプルな味わいを堪能できるミネストローネ

まさかの贅沢にもカラスミが乗ってて大興奮！見た目も華やかです！

この日は淡路鶏と丹波しめびのクリームソース、桜エビと三つ葉のオイルソース、真子とインゲン豆とトマトのオイルソースの３つでしたので桜エビをチョイス
テーブルに来た時から桜エビの香ばしい良い香りが✨✨
桜エビが香ばしく味付けも程よい
フレッシュトマトの酸味甘味がアクセントに
パスタはアルデンテな茹で加減で桜エビの風味を存分に纏っている
桜エビがこれでもか！と言うほどにふんだんに入ってるのが嬉しいです
どのお料理も上品で美味しく大満足です！
空間も素敵で居心地が良く、接客も完璧。
