こちらのお店。
神戸でも有名な素敵なお店。
昔からいきたくて、トロ・ボーのワイン会のお話を頂いたとき、他の予定を全部キャンセルして伺いました！(笑)
駅近とは絶対に言い難い場所にありますが、世界一の朝食を出してくれるホテルや食べログ百名店にも選ばれているケーキ屋さんもあるような山の手です。
素敵なシェフとマダム、その日は貸し切りワイン会でしたので、あとお二人のスタッフさんでお世話いただきました。
ひとつひとつのお料理たちが、繊細！
魚介のサラダ仕立ては、蛸と鱧がアクセントに。
鮮魚。。その日は鯛のソテー。スナップエンドウとマッシュルームがそえてありました。
仔鴨のソテーも柔らかくて。
最後に出てきたキレイなおみ足。鶉です。
その間にトロ・ボーの白赤どちらも頂き、本当に至福の一時。
最後は大好きなしっかりめだけどきめ細かいプリンで大満足！
