コロナ禍をはさんで、４，５回目の久しぶりの訪問でした
昼しか時間がなかったので、無理をお願いしてディナーメニューを昼にいただけました
写真でもわかるように、このクオリティでなんと１万円です もちろん、お味は最高で、捨て皿はありません
印象が強かったのが、フランス直輸入のアスパラで、シャキシャキした食感がアワビのソースとすごくマッチしていました
もともとジャンムーラン直系のお店ということで、通い出したのですが、数年ぶりの訪問でもその料理が進化していることに驚きました マスターは営業はやや縮小しているとのお話でしたが、いつまでも進化していただきたいものです
食材も地元神戸産で良いものが増えているとのことで、インスピレーションを得て新しい料理が味わえそうです
