北野の老舗 フレンチ
素材の味を最大限に生かす…シェフの意気込みが感じられるお店です。
サラダもボリュームがあり添えられている魚介類がまた美味しい！
スープは桃の冷たいスープでした美味
鱸のポアレも表面がパリッとしていて、ソースの味ではなく、鱸の上品な甘みとふんわりの食感がたまりませんでした。
デザートまで大変美味しく頂いて大満足でした。
そして、なんと言っても調理中のシェフの表情がオットコ前でした。
ただし、バトラーの方の説明、ワインのサーブのタイミング、細かい気遣いはまったくダメで
せっかくな味なのにもったいない。
これも含めて、コース料理なので改善してほしいものです。、
