お誕生日のお祝いで、大好きなものを敷き詰めたコースを食べに連れて行ってもらいました。店内は6席＋半個室1席ほどの、こじんまりした空間。ワインセラーやこだわりの食器が飾っていて、なんだか少し家庭的な雰囲気すら感じる落ち着いた空間。気取らない雰囲気で、緊張せずお食事がいただけました。
シャンパンはバカラのグラスで提供され、イタリアのガラス食器やマイセンの陶器など、食器のチョイスにテンションがあがります。
前菜の人参のムースは、コンソメジュレが上にかかっていて、うにや甘エビがトッピングされ、ほんのり甘くてめちゃくちゃ上品なお味。結婚式で出てきそうなメニューで、大好きなお味でした。
高知産ケンケン鰹は、フォーム状のソースもさることながら、横に添えられている日本酒のジュレが絶品！プティポワとフランは、上にえんどう豆のソースがかかったフランス版茶碗蒸しということで、優しいながらしっかりえんどう豆の風味が感じられるお味。
オマール海老はぷりぷりで、下に敷かれた八朔のソースが、マイルドながら酸味もあってめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです✨蝦夷鮑も味が濃縮されていて、ソースによく合う！
和牛フィレ肉は、柔らかくてそれだけでももちろん美味しいのですが、トリュフソースが濃厚でとろけるお味。それにフォアグラロッシーニ風をつけていただいたので、口の中でとろけて幸福に包まれました。ヤングコーンのグリルも、コリコリで付け合わせに最高！
デザートのムースケーキはあっさり食べやすく、最後のプチ菓子に出てきたバニラカヌレは、それだけで普段食べたいくらいカリッモチっで美味しかったです。
フレンチのコースは、いつも量が多すぎて無理して食べきるイメージでしたが、こちらはちょうどお腹いっぱい！で終わる量で、大満足でした♡
普段使いするレストランではありませんが、なにかの折にはぜひ利用したいお店です。
