神戸は本当に洋食屋が豊富ですよね。
この前は「グリル一平」さんに行きましたが、今回は「洋食の朝日」さんにお邪魔しました。
ここもグリル一平さんと同様に並ぶ店です。
平日の開店40分前に行ったら既に多くの方が並んでいて。まさかの2巡目に‼️
甘く見てましたね。
ここでもビフカツをいただきました。
写真には写ってませんが、ご飯と味噌汁がつきます。
⭐️ビフカツ定食 ¥1700
鮮やかなデミグラスソースがたっぷり、そしてレア‼️
付け合わせのマッシュポテトには焼き目がついてました。
サラダも多いなぁ。
気になるお味は・・・。
柔らかく甘みが感じる牛肉、サックサクの衣、ハヤシライスのように甘酸っぱいデミグラスソースが見事に調和し、まさにパラダイス‼️
こちらのデミグラスは老若男女喜ばれるような味付けでした。
これで¥1700は安い‼️
食べ終わった後も長蛇の列。
平日しかやってないからなおさらか。
