各線三宮駅からは10分。
群愛飯店さんにお邪魔しました。
平日、いつもサラリーマンでいっぱいなので気になってたお店です。
サラリーマンが行くお店は、安い・早い・美味しい・入りやすい、の間違いないお店ですもんね。
老舗といっても気楽な感じで、平日の12～13時を避ければ小さいお子さんがいても問題ないと思います。
ストローラーのまま入店できそうです。

広東料理は、薄味で出汁をしっかりとり、素材の旨味を最大限に活かすように調理されているので、四大中華の中で最も受け入れやすいお味だと思います。
どのお料理も海鮮の旨味がたっぷり。
野菜はしゃきしゃき。
特にホタテと野菜の炒め物が美味しかったです。

全体的に量は少なめでした。
同行者(女性/少食)は半分で「もう無理」と残したので、一般的にはちょうど良い量なのかも。
