なんと約30年ぶりに訪店しました。
お正月で生田さんの辺りは混雑していますが、鯉川通りはひっそりしています。
予約外のお客さんが外で待つ中、店内に。
もちろん、満席です。うん、昔の雰囲気が残っています。ただ、昔は1階も円卓だったような記憶がありますが。
お昼の飲茶コースをお願いします。
神泡のモルツで乾杯。
まずは、サーモンとクラゲの中華風サラダ。
オリーブオイルと酢がアクセントで美味しい。
三種糸切りフカヒレスープ。値段的に、本当に糸のようなフカヒレです。とろみがやや付きすぎていますか。
飲茶点心の盛り合わせは、ニラ餃子、エビ餃子、エビ焼売です。
特別にラー油をお願いして、振りかけていただきます。
いずれも美味しい。
香港式揚げ物二品は、春巻とカキの揚げ物。ホクホクです。春巻、美味しかった。
季節野菜と海鮮二種の炒めは、イカやホタテ。安定した美味しさ。
海老のオーロラソース。マヨネーズ味のエビで、美味しくない訳がなく、ずるい一品。
群愛特製焼きそば。パリパリの中華麺に八宝菜がかかって、いくらでも食べれそう。
デザートはタピオカ入りのココナッツミルク。
温かいお茶は、プーアル茶とジャスミン茶のブレンドと。
どれ一つ奇をてらったものはありませんが、本当に美味しく、王道です。
ますます好きになりました。
